Take over my 2.5 year membership at Anytime Fitness in Loudon, TN

I'm looking for someone to take over my membership at Anytime Fitness. It's a 3 year contract but there's only 2.5 years left. Normally when you join Anytime Fitness, they charge a fee (I can't remember how much it is, I'm thinking it was around $100) but if you take over my contract, that start up fee is already taken care of for you. I still have two free personal training sessions that I haven't used....so those are all yours. You'll have access to Anytime Health which is an online portal with a diet tracker, workout tracker, virtual coaching and community area to meet other members. You can also upgrade your membership by $14 (I think) a month and that will give you access to the tanning bed which is also open 24/7. I'm only needing to get rid of it because I've moved an hour away from any of their locations, so it's just really hard for me to get there often. I'm not looking to sell the membership...just for someone to take it over.The gym has really great, updated equipment. It's 24/7 and secure, the doors are locked at all times (you have your own key to get in), it also has security cameras all over the place.
